KM Group Terms of Service
Operational terms, commercial guidelines, and client agreements across all divisions of KM Group Companies Limited in Ghana.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or entering into commercial engagements with KM Group Companies Limited or any of its operational divisions (KM Pharmacy, KM Precious Metals & Gold Broking, KM Electricals, KM Hostels, and KM Construction), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Division-Specific Terms
KM Pharmacy (Enchi & Dunkwa Branches)
Prescription medication is dispensed strictly in accordance with Ghana Pharmacy Council regulations. Returns of open medical products or unsealed healthcare items are restricted for health & safety compliance.
KM Precious Metals & Gold Broking
All gold purchasing, density balances, and assay evaluations are conducted under Minerals Commission licensing guidelines. Final valuations and payouts are calculated based on verified density assay testing at time of transaction.
KM Electricals
Wholesale distribution and solar inverter sales carry manufacturer warranty coverage. Professional electrical installations are conducted by certified technicians following Ghana Standards Board requirements.
KM Hostels
Hostel occupancy is subject to residential conduct rules, safety policies, and tenancy agreements. Security rules and 24/7 CCTV surveillance are maintained for guest and resident protection.
KM Construction Company
Civil engineering contracts, equipment leasing, and structure builds operate under signed project specification agreements and engineering milestone schedules.
3. Limitation of Liability
KM Group Companies Limited maintains rigorous quality control across all divisions. Except as mandated under Ghanaian law, KM Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper product usage outside technical specifications.
