• Pharmaceutical Counseling Records: Prescription records and medication refills managed under strict healthcare confidentiality at KM Pharmacy locations.
• Broking & Trade Identifiers: Verified national identification details required under Ghana Minerals Commission and GRA regulatory compliance for gold purchasing and density assay transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process data strictly for operational, fulfillment, legal compliance, and customer support purposes:

• Fulfilling customer orders and wholesale requests through KM Electricals and KM Pharmacy POS inventory systems.
• Issuing certified assay reports, density weight valuations, and payment receipts at KM Precious Metals centers.
